HOUSE BILL 3218 By: Humphrey

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to courts; repealing 20 O.S. 2021,
Sections 23, 24, and 91.8, which relate to the
authorization of courts to make rules; and providing
an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 20 O.S. 2021, Sections 23, 24, and
91.8, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
