2nd Session of the 60th Legislature (2026)

HOUSE BILL 3222 By: Humphrey

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to the Oklahoma Corporation
Commission; repealing Oklahoma Constitution Article
IX, Section 19, which relates to the powers of the
Corporation Commission; and providing an effective
date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for
their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
the repeal of Section 19 of Article IX of the Constitution of the
State of Oklahoma which relates to the powers of the Oklahoma
Corporation Commission.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
