AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to professions and occupations;
repealing 59 O.S. 2021, Section 396.24, which relates
to violations and penalties under the Funeral
Services Licensing Act; and providing an effective
date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 59 O.S. 2021, Section 396.24, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
