HOUSE BILL 3346 By: Williams

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to revenue and taxation; repealing
Section 2, Chapter 2, O.S.L. 2024, as amended by
Section 2, Chapter 284, O.S.L. 2024 (68 O.S. Supp.
2025, Section 1357.11), which relates to retail sales
of food and food ingredients; and providing an
effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER Section 2, Chapter 2, O.S.L. 2024,
as amended by Section 2, Chapter 284, O.S.L. 2024 (68 O.S. Supp.
2025, Section 1357.11), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective on January 1, 2027,
contingent upon the enactment of House Bill ____ or the passage of
House Joint Resolution _____ by vote of the people.
