– advertisements - Oklahoma Department of
Agriculture, Food, and Forestry - rules and fines –
codification - effective date ]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 30.17 of Title 4, unless there
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
A. All commercial pet breeders under this title shall list
their commercial pet breeder's license number, as issued by the
Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, on all
advertisements for pet sales.
B. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry
shall promulgate rules to implement and enforce the provisions of
this section, including, but not limited to, setting fines for
noncompliance with this section.

SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
