AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to revenue and taxation; repealing 68
O.S. 2021, Section 2357.406, which relates to tax
credits for blood donation; and providing an
effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 68 O.S. 2021, Section 2357.406, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective January 1, 2028.
