HOUSE BILL 3911 By: Hefner and Kerbs

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to Medicaid; directing the Oklahoma
Health Care Authority to amend the 1915(c) waiver;
directing for expansion in postsecondary support for
the Home and Community-Based Services waiver;
providing for codification; and providing an
effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4011 of Title 56, unless there
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall amend the 1915(c)
waiver with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to expand
coverage for postsecondary support for Home and Community-Based
Services waivers.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
