An Act relating to aeronautics; identifying original
appropriation; transferring remaining funds to the
Long-Term Aerospace and Aeronautics Infrastructure
Sustainability Revolving Fund; providing for
noncodification; providing an effective date; and
declaring an emergency.

SUBJECT: Aeronautics

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

Of the Fifty-seven Million Dollars ($57,000,000.00) appropriated
to the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics in Section
72 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1125 of the 2nd Session of the 59th
Oklahoma Legislature, Forty-one Million Dollars ($41,000,000.00) or
so much as may be necessary shall be transferred to the Long-Term
Aerospace and Aeronautics Infrastructure Sustainability Revolving
Fund created in Section 415 of Title 3 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2026.

SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
