An Act relating to the Oklahoma Department of
Transportation; making appropriations; identifying
sources of funds; stating purposes; providing an
effective date; and declaring an emergency.
SUBJECT: Oklahoma Department of Transportation
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
Department of Transportation from any monies not otherwise
appropriated from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund of
the State Treasury created in Section 256 of Title 62 of the
Oklahoma Statutes, the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($3,500,000.00) for the purpose of improving transportation
infrastructure with heavy industrial traffic located east of State
Highway 99/U.S. Highway 377 and north of State Highway 62.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
Department of Transportation from any monies not otherwise
appropriated from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund of
the State Treasury created in Section 256 of Title 62 of the
Oklahoma Statutes, the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($4,800,000.00) for the purpose of improving transportation
infrastructure with heavy industrial traffic located south of U.S.
Highway 412 and west of State Highway 385.
SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
Department of Transportation from any monies not otherwise
appropriated from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund of
the State Treasury created in Section 256 of Title 62 of the

Oklahoma Statutes, the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($4,700,000.00) for the purpose of improving transportation
infrastructure that serves as a main route for emergency services
located north of the Northwest Expressway/State Highway 3 and west
of State Highway 74.
SECTION 4. This act shall become effective July 1, 2026.
SECTION 5. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
