An Act relating to public health and safety;
prohibiting the sale of beverages containing hemp to
anyone of a specific age; providing for codification;
and providing an effective date.

AMENDMENT NO. 1. Page 1, lines 16-17, delete all language and
insert the following

“No person shall knowingly sell, deliver, or furnish any
beverage containing hemp to any person under twenty-one (21) years
of age, or possess any beverage containing hemp if under twenty-one
(21) years of age.”
and amend the title to conform

An Act relating to public health and safety;
prohibiting the sale of beverages containing hemp to
anyone of a specific age; providing for codification;
and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7401 of Title 63, unless there
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
No beverages containing hemp shall be sold to any person under
the age of twenty-one (21) years.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
