BILL NO. 4343 By: Moore of the House
and
Reinhardt of the Senate
An Act relating to property appraisers; amending 28
O.S. 2021, Section 49.1, which relates to appraiser
and commissioner compensation; providing compensation
amount; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 28 O.S. 2021, Section 49.1, is
amended to read as follows:
Section 49.1. Any appraiser or commissioner appointed by the
district court in condemnation or escheat cases shall be paid Three
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) for services rendered and expense
expenses incurred an amount as determined by the district judge,
before whom such proceedings is pending.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
