2nd Session of the 60th Legislature (2026)

HOUSE BILL 4477 By: Deck

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to crimes and punishments; repealing
21 O.S. 2021, Sections 901, 902, and 903, which
relate to the crime of blasphemy; and providing an
effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 21 O.S. 2021, Sections 901, 902, and
903, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
