A Concurrent Resolution recognizing and declaring
February 13, 2025, as Oklahoma Museum Day.

WHEREAS, there are five hundred eighteen (518) museums in
Oklahoma; and

WHEREAS, Oklahoma museums promote lifelong learning for
Oklahomans; and

WHEREAS, Oklahoma museums directly contribute nearly a half a
billion dollars annually to the Oklahoma economy; and

WHEREAS, Oklahoma museums host over six million visitors
annually.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE, THE SENATE
CONCURRING THEREIN:

THAT the Oklahoma House of Representatives and Oklahoma State
Senate do hereby recognize and declare February 13, 2025, to be
Oklahoma Museum Day.
