HOUSE JOINT
RESOLUTION 1031 By: West (Kevin)

AS INTRODUCED

A Joint Resolution approving and disapproving certain
proposed permanent rules of the Office of Management
and Enterprise Services; and directing distribution.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature shall have a joint
resolution prepared for consideration each session.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
SECTION 1. All proposed permanent rules of the Office of
Management and Enterprise Services filed on or before February 1,
2025, are hereby approved except for subparagraphs (4),(5), and (6)
of paragraph (c) of OAC 260:135-5-10 and subparagraphs (3) and (4)
of paragraph (c) of OAC 260:135-5-14.

SECTION 2. The Oklahoma Secretary of State is hereby directed
to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the
editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
