A Joint Resolution approving certain proposed
permanent rules of certain energy, agriculture, and
wildlife state agencies; and directing distribution.

SUBJECT: Proposed permanent rules

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature shall have a joint
resolution prepared for consideration each session.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:

SECTION 1. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and
Forestry filed on or before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 2. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Conservation Commission filed on or
before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 3. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Corporation Commission filed on or before
February 1, 2025.

SECTION 4. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)
filed on or before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 5. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board filed
on or before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 6. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department
filed on or before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 7. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) filed
on or before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 8. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Department of Wildlife Conservation filed on
or before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 9. The Oklahoma Secretary of State is hereby directed
to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the
editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
