Bergstrom of the Senate

A Joint Resolution approving certain proposed
permanent rules of certain judicial and public safety
state agencies; disapproving certain proposed
permanent rule filed by the Office of Juvenile
Affairs; disapproving certain proposed permanent rule
filed by the Department of Public Safety; and
directing distribution.

SUBJECT: Proposed permanent rules

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature shall have a joint
resolution prepared for consideration each session.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:

SECTION 1. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence
filed on or before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 2. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Attorney General filed on or before February
1, 2025.

SECTION 3. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management
filed on or before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 4. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) filed on or

before February 1, 2025, except for 377:1-3-26(c)(2) which is hereby
disapproved.

SECTION 5. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and
Dangerous Drugs Control (OBNDD) filed on or before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 6. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Department of Public Safety filed on or
before February 1, 2025, except for 595:25-5-15(e) which is hereby
disapproved.

SECTION 7. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the State Board of Licensed Social Workers filed
on or before February 1, 2025.

SECTION 8. The Oklahoma Secretary of State is hereby directed
to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the
editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
