Bergstrom of the Senate

A Joint Resolution approving certain proposed
permanent rules of certain business and commerce
state agencies; disapproving in part certain proposed
rule of the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission;
excluding certain proposed permanent rules of the
Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission; and
directing distribution.

SUBJECT: Business and commerce state agency rules

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature shall adopt a joint
resolution to approve or disapprove administrative rules.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:

SECTION 1. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Accountancy Board filed on or before
February 1, 2026.

SECTION 2. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement
Commission filed on or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 3. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Board of Governors of the Licensed

Architects, Landscape Architects and Registered Commercial Interior
Designers of Oklahoma filed on or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 4. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Construction Industries Board filed on or
before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 5. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering
filed on or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 6. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the State Board of Licensure for Professional
Engineers and Surveyors filed on or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 7. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission filed on or
before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 8. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Insurance Department filed on or before
February 1, 2026.

SECTION 9. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Department of Labor filed on or before
February 1, 2026.

SECTION 10. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission filed
on or before February 1, 2026, except for the language proposed in
OAC 465:15-1-2 under the definition of "Loaner Vehicle or Courtesy
Transportation Vehicle" as follows: "is obtained by a dealership
directly from a manufacturer or distributor and which".

SECTION 11. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission filed on or
before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 12. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Tax Commission filed on or before
February 1, 2026.

SECTION 13. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission
ENR. H. J. R. NO. 1091 Page 3
filed on or before February 1, 2026, except the proposed changes in
Chapter 20 of Title 748 of the Oklahoma Administrative Code.

SECTION 14. The Oklahoma Secretary of State is hereby directed
to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the
editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
