RESOLUTION NO. 1093 By: Kendrix of the House

Bergstrom of the Senate

A Joint Resolution approving proposed permanent rules
of certain state health-related agencies; excluding
certain proposed rules of the Oklahoma Health Care
Authority; and directing distribution.

SUBJECT: State health-related agency rules

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature shall adopt a joint
resolution to approve or disapprove administrative rules.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:

SECTION 1. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure
filed on or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 2. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority filed on or
before February 1, 2026, except for the following: OAC 317:30-3-57,
317:30-3-59, 317:30-5-2, 317:30-5-9, 317:30-5-10, 317:30-5-11,
317:30-5-15, 317:30-5-42.4, 317:30-5-47, 317:30-5-47.7, 317:30-5-
261, 317:30-5-354, 317:30-5-355.2, 317:30-5-356, 317:30-5-359.2,
317:30-5-361, 317:30-5-431, 317:30-5-659, 317:30-5-661.1, 317:30-5-
661.5, 317:30-5-664.3, and 317:30-5-664.5.

SECTION 3. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Department of Human Services filed on or
before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 4. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the State Board of Medical Licensure and
Supervision filed on or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 5. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Department of Mental Health and Substance
Abuse Services filed on or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 6. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma Board of Nursing filed on or before
February 1, 2026.

SECTION 7. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Board of Examiners in Optometry filed on or
before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 8. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners filed on
or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 9. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy filed on or
before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 10. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Health Care Workforce Training Commission
filed on or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 11. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the State Department of Rehabilitation Services
filed on or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 12. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language
Pathology and Audiology filed on or before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 13. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the University Hospitals Authority filed on or
before February 1, 2026.

SECTION 14. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules of the University Hospitals Trust filed on or before
February 1, 2026.

SECTION 15. The Oklahoma Secretary of State is hereby directed
to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the
editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
