A Resolution congratulating the 2025 Oklahoma State
University Livestock Judging Team, winners of the
North American International Livestock Exposition,
and Dr. Parker Henley.

WHEREAS, the 2025 Oklahoma State University Livestock Judging
Team won the 2025 National Livestock Judging Championship; and

WHEREAS, this victory marks the 24th National Championship in
program history; and

WHEREAS, Kolton Lake achieved the High Overall Individual
honors; and

WHEREAS, this is the 18th High Individual in program history;
and

WHEREAS, Dax DeLozier placed 3rd, Conner Pell placed 11th,
Chyann Emerson placed 17th, and Preston Rhode placed 18th at the
North American International Livestock Exposition; and

WHEREAS, these young stockmen represent the very best of
Oklahoma State University and the Livestock Industry; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Parker Henley has won four national championships
in five years, securing his name among the other Oklahoma State
University Great Coaches like Blizzard, Totusek, Callahan, and
Johnson.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:

THAT the Oklahoma House of Representatives congratulates the
2025 Oklahoma State University Livestock Judging Team, and Kolton
Lake, Dax DeLozier, Conner Pell, Chyann Emerson, and Preston Rhode
for their success at the North American International Livestock
Exposition, and Dr. Parker Henley.
