An Act relating to judicial compensation; rejecting
judicial salaries established by the Board on
Judicial Compensation; providing for noncodification;
and declaring an emergency.

SUBJECT: Judicial compensation

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

Pursuant to the authority provided in Section 3.2 of Title 20 of
the Oklahoma Statutes to reject judicial salaries established by the
Board on Judicial Compensation, the Oklahoma Legislature hereby
rejects the Final Report of the Board on Judicial Compensation
issued on September 16, 2025.

SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
