"SECTION 1.
- NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the
Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4263 of Title 74, unless there is created a
duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
Any candidate for office that is subject to ethics commission
reporting that contributes to or loans to their candidate committee One
Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars or more shall cause an audit to be
conducted by the ethics commission to determine and verify the source of
such funds."

An Act
ENROLLED SENATE
BILL NO. 1286 By: Gillespie of the Senate
and
Osburn of the House
An Act relating to elections; amending 26 O.S. 2021,
Section 3-123, which relates to polling places;
requiring certain political subdivisions to provide a
polling place; and providing an effective date.
SUBJECT: Polling places
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 3-123, is
amended to read as follows:
Section 3-123. The board of education of any school district
may, and the governing board of any municipality political
subdivision that held an election conducted by a county election
board on or after January 1, 2023, and that owns, rents, or leases a
facility located in or near a precinct without a suitable polling
place available shall, furnish a room or rooms in any school
building or municipal building the facility for use as a polling
place at no cost upon the written request of the secretary of the
county election board.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
