SENATE BILL 1424 By: Daniels

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to public health; repealing 63 O.S.
2021, Sections 1-235, 1-236, 1-237, and 1-238, which
relate to the Act for Coordination of Efforts for
Prevention of Adolescent Pregnancy and Sexually
Transmitted Diseases; and providing an effective
date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Sections 1-235, 1-236,
1-237, and 1-238, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
