AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to judicial elections; amending 26
O.S. 2021, Section 11-108, which relates to judicial
ballots; requiring inclusion of certain information
on judicial ballots; updating statutory language; and
providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 11-108, is
amended to read as follows:
Section 11-108. The ballots for retention of Justices of the
Supreme Court and Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals, and the
ballots for Judges of the Court of Civil Appeals, district judges,
and associate district judges shall be without include party
designation and shall include the name of the appointing Governor
and the date of appointment, if applicable.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
