SENATE BILL 2093 By: Jett

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to hunting; allowing for fully
automatic weapons to be used for hunting purposes
solely in semi-automatic positions; providing for
codification; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5-201.1 of Title 29, unless
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
A person may utilize, for the purpose of killing or capturing
any game mammal, game bird, nongame bird, or exotic wildlife, a
fully automatic firearm solely in the semi-automatic position.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
