AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to energy; requiring the Corporation
Commission to promulgate rules; providing for
codification; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 156.1 of Title 17, unless there
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
The Corporation Commission shall promulgate rules regarding net
metering of distributed generation, as such term is defined in
Section 156 of Title 17 of the Oklahoma Statutes, greater than three
hundred (300) kilowatts.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
