RESOLUTION NO. 18 By: Bergstrom of the Senate

and

Kendrix of the House

A Joint Resolution approving certain proposed
permanent rules of certain state agencies; and
directing distribution.

SUBJECT: Various state agency administrative rules

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, the Legislature shall have a joint resolution prepared for
consideration each session.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:

SECTION 1. All proposed permanent rules filed on or before
February 1, 2025, by the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission,
Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management, Office of Management
and Enterprise Services, Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs,
Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics, and Department of
Transportation are hereby approved, except:

1. Office of Management and Enterprise Services 260:115-3-11,
disapproving the proposed amendment to subsection (c), and restoring
the previous rule language;

2. Office of Management and Enterprise Services 260:115-7-32,
disapproving the proposed amendment to subsection (o) regarding
evaluation ties, and restoring the previous rule language; and

3. Office of Management and Enterprise Services 260:95-3-6,
disapproving the proposed amendment to subsection (a), and restoring
the previous rule language.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of State is hereby directed to
distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the editor
of “The Oklahoma Register”.
