RESOLUTION NO. 21 By: Bergstrom of the Senate

Kendrix of the House

A Joint Resolution approving proposed permanent rules
of certain state agencies; and directing
distribution.

SUBJECT: Various state agency administrative rules

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, the Legislature shall have a joint resolution prepared for
consideration each session.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:

SECTION 1. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
permanent rules filed on or before February 1, 2025, by the Oklahoma
Abstractors Board, Oklahoma Accountancy Board, Alcoholic Beverage
Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE Commission), Board of Governors of
the Architects, Landscape Architects and Licensed Interior Designers
of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Department of Commerce, State Election Board,
State Fire Marshal Commission, Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission,
Insurance Department, Department of Labor, Oklahoma Lottery
Commission, Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, Oklahoma New Motor
Vehicle Commission, Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System,
Real Estate Appraiser Board, Oklahoma Real Estate Commission,
Secretary of State, Oklahoma Department of Securities, Oklahoma Tax
Commission, and the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler, and
Manufactured Housing Commission, except for:

1. Oklahoma Department of Securities 660:2-11-5, disapproving
the amendments to subsection (d), and restoring the previous rule
language;

2. Oklahoma Department of Securities 660:2-11-6, disapproving
the amendments to subsection (d), and restoring the previous rule
language;

3. Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority 442:10-7-1,
disapproving the amendment to subsection (a) after the word
“ounces”, and before the period;

4. Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority 442:10-7-2,
disapproving the amendment to subsection (c) after the word
“ounces”, and before the period;

5. Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority 442:10-8-1,
disapproving division (i) of subparagraph (A) of paragraph (5) of
subsection (i), after the word “required”, and before the colon; and

6. Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority 442:10-8-1,
disapproving divisions (ii) and (iii) of subparagraph (A) of
paragraph (5) of subsection (i).

SECTION 2. The Secretary of State is hereby directed to
distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the editor
of “The Oklahoma Register”.
