A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to incentives for individuals who practice anesthesiology; and prescribing an effective date.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1.
The Oregon Health Authority may adopt rules to include as qualified health
care providers eligible for participation in the health care provider incentive program created
under ORS 676.454, including as recipients of the loan repayment subsidies, an individual who
is, or who is training to become:
(1) A physician licensed under ORS chapter 677 who practices anesthesiology; or
(2) A certified registered nurse anesthetist licensed under ORS 678.279.
SECTION 2.
This 2025 Act takes effect on the 91st day after the date on which the 2025
regular session of the Eighty-third Legislative Assembly adjourns sine die.
