Digest: This Act tells ODVA to start a pilot program to give help to veterans in the construction industry. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.6). Permits the department to use moneys in the Veterans' Services Fund to develop, implement and maintain the pilot programs. Requires a report to the Legislative Assembly regarding the status of the pilot programs by September 15, 2026. Sunsets pilot programs on December 31, 2027.
