Digest: The Act makes some changes to the impaired health professional program. (Flesch Readability Score: 64.9).
Defines "monitoring agreement" and "workplace monitor" for purposes of the impaired health professional program. Clarifies that a licensee may self-refer to the program. Under specified circumstances, allows a health professional licensing board to remove from board records information regarding a licensee's participation in the program. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
