Digest: This Act limits rent increases and sales constraints by a landlord in a home park or marina. (Flesch Readability Score: 70.1). [<i>Reduces</i>]<b> Fixes at six percent </b>maximum rent increases for rental spaces in a <b>larger</b> facility [<i>to match changes to the consumer price index. Limits to 10 percent the maximum increase in rent paid by the purchaser of a dwelling or home in a facility.</i>]<b> beginning in 2026. Creates an exception for certain infrastructure upgrades approved by a vote of the tenants.</b> Prohibits a landlord from requiring aesthetic improvements or internal inspections as conditions of sale of a dwelling or home in a facility.
