Directs Cherriots to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to transportation not later than January 1, 2027. Sunsets January 2, 2027. Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services for distribution to Cherriots for the study. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
