AN ACT
Relating to emergency management; amending section 155b, chapter 539, Oregon Laws 2021; and
declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. Section 155b, chapter 539, Oregon Laws 2021, is amended to read:
Sec. 155b. The amendments to ORS 401.094 by section 16a [ of this 2021 Act ], chapter 539,
Oregon Laws 2021, become operative on July 1, [ 2025] 2026.
SECTION 2. This 2025 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2025 Act takes effect
on its passage.
