Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health not later than [<i>September 15, 2026</i>]<b> December 31, 2025</b>.
Sunsets <b>the study requirements</b> on January 2, 2027.
<b>Requires a long term care facility, before the facility may change its owner or operator, to apply to the department for approval and provide notice to residents.
