CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Be It Resolved by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Oregon:
(1) This resolution constitutes a rule of proceeding of the Senate and the House of Represen-
tatives of the Eighty-third Legislative Assembly.
(2) A committee of either house of the Legislative Assembly or a joint committee of the Legis-
lative Assembly may adopt an amendment to a legislative measure only if a chief sponsor of the
legislative measure approves the amendment in advance of the amendment’s adoption by the com-
mittee.
