AN ACT
Abrogating certain regulations related to motor vehicle and fuel
programs.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Abrogation.
The provisions of 25 Pa. Code Ch. 126 Subch. D (relating to
Pennsylvania Clean Vehicles Program) are abrogated.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect in 60 days.
