A RESOLUTION
Directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to
conduct a study evaluating Pennsylvania's trespassing laws,
including the enforcement of those laws, with the goal of
effectively deterring trespassing on private property.
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives direct the
Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct a study
evaluating Pennsylvania's trespassing laws, including the
enforcement of those laws, with the goal of effectively
deterring trespassing on private property; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee
report its findings to the Judiciary Committee of the Senate,
the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives, the
Game and Fisheries Committee of the Senate and the Game and
Fisheries Committee of the House of Representatives.
