CONGRATULATING DEBORAH J. PIASECKI ON HER PROMOTION TO THE RANK OF
CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT IN THE RHODE ISLAND AIR NATIONAL GUARD

WHEREAS, On September 21, 2025, Senior Master Sergeant Deborah J. Piasecki was
2
promoted to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt) in the Rhode Island Air National Guard,
3
the highest level of enlisted leadership in the Air National Guard; and
4
WHEREAS, Chief Master Sergeant Piasecki currently serves with the 143d Force
5
Support Squadron in the Rhode Island Air National Guard; and
6
WHEREAS, Most recently, CMSgt Piasecki had served as the Personnel Superintendent
7
of A1, where she led a team of eight Airmen managing statewide initiatives; and
8
WHEREAS, In addition, CMSgt Piasecki had been chosen to participate in the Women,
9
Peace, and Security Program, and had spearheaded a comprehensive training event integrating
10
headquarters personnelists across three units and nine specialties; and
11
WHEREAS, It is essential that all the men and women who wear the uniform of the
12
Armed Services know that they are appreciated and never far from our thoughts and prayers, and
13
that Rhode Islanders and Americans are proud of the leadership and commitment CMSgt Piasecki
14
has demonstrated during her career with the Rhode Island Air National Guard; now, therefore be
15
it

RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island hereby
17
honors and extends congratulations to Deborah J. Piasecki on her promotion to the rank of Chief
18
Master Sergeant in the Rhode Island Air National Guard, and moreover thanks her for her service
19
to the people of Rhode Island and our Nation; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to
2
transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to Chief Master Sergeant Deborah J. Piasecki.
