STUDY AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS PERTAINING TO SERVICES AND

COORDINATION OF STATE PROGRAMS RELATING TO OLDER ADULT RHODE

ISLANDERS” and as extended and amended by Resolution No. 263 passed by the House of

Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved May 7, 2024, entitled “HOUSE

RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATIONS DATES AND

AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP, FINDINGS, AND PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL

LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS

PERTAINING TO SERVICES AND COORDINATION OF STATE PROGRAMS RELATING

TO OLDER ADULT RHODE ISLANDERS” is hereby authorized to continue its study and make

a report to the House of Representatives on or before November 30, 2026, and said commission
14
shall expire on January 31, 2027; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 263 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved May 7, 2024, be and

the same is hereby rescinded.
