RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 375

passed by the House at its January session, A.D. 2023, and approved June 1, 2023, entitled

"House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study and Provide

recommendations for the Development and Implementation of an Anti-Littering Education
5
Program for Rhode Island Public Elementary School Students" and as reinstated and extended by
6
resolution No. 258, passed by the House at its January session, A.D. 2025, and approved May 1,
7
2025, entitled “House Resolution Reinstating and Extending the Life and Expiration Dates of the
8
Special Legislative Commission To Study and Provide recommendations for the Development
9
and Implementation of an Anti-Littering Education Program for Rhode Island Public Elementary
10
School Students” is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of
11
Representatives on or before February 2, 2027, and said commission shall expire on April 2,
12
2027; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution
14
No. 375, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2023, and approved
15
June 1, 2023, and as reinstated and extended by resolution No. 258, passed by the House at its
16
January session, A.D. 2025,

and approved May 1, 2025, be and the same are hereby rescinded.
