RESOLUTION

to congratulate and recognize
Kaycee Reining on her many accomplishments AND CONTINUED PHILANTHROPIC EFFORTS.

W
hereas, the South Carolina House of Representatives is proud to
recognize Kaycee Reining for her professional accomplishments and her great
efforts to help her community through many acts of philanthropy; and

W
hereas, Kaycee was adopted from Guatemala at a young age and raised
in Myrtle Beach, where she received her education through the public school
system. These early experiences instilled in her a profound sense of
appreciation, humility, and responsibility. Being guided by faith and family,
she developed a deep understanding of what it means to make the most of every
opportunity and to serve others, shaping her identity and her commitment to the
greater good; and

W
hereas, Kaycee is an honor graduate of Seminole State College, where
she earned her Associate of Science degree in Business and Marketing; and she
later graduated with honors from Bosie State University with a Bachelor of
Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She also holds technical
certifications in Business Operations and is a Business Specialist; and

W
hereas, Kaycee now serves as a Project Manager and Launch Team
Leader for Schaeffler Group USA in Cheraw, where she manages critical project
initiatives, leads cross-functional launch teams, and oversees major product
introductions that support both local and global operations; and

W
hereas, Kaycee has an admirable dedication to service. In high
school, she worked closely with disabled students helping them develop life
skills, confidence, and creative expression. She volunteered extensively
throughout her community, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to
service and advocacy; and

W
hereas, after high school, Kaycee focused on disadvantaged youth
across the Pee Dee region. Understanding firsthand the importance of
opportunity, exposure, and encouragement, Kaycee created an innovative and
transformative initiative in partnership with ESPN, where she built and
implemented an annual empowerment program that provides a fully sponsored
year-end trip to a college bowl game, lunch and fellowship for participating
students, and motivational and educational speakers that address goal setting, college
admissions, career planning, and personal development. Since the program's
inception, it has served more than three hundred fifty young people, many of
whom face socioeconomic challenges and limited exposure to higher education;
and

W
hereas, the House of Representatives values and admires the work
that Kaycee has done to expand horizons, nurture the ambition, and provide a
foundation of hope and inspiration for countless young people in the region. Now,
therefore,
