AUXILIARY PALMETTO GIRLS STATE TO USE THE CHAMBER OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE
OF REPRESENTATIVES ON FRIDAY, JUNE 12, 2026.

e it resolved by the
House of
Representatives
:

T
hat American Legion Auxiliary Palmetto Girls State is authorized to
use the chamber of the House of Representatives on Friday, June 12, 2026, from
1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., for its annual legislative activity unless the House
is in statewide session or the chamber is otherwise unavailable.

B
e it further resolved that the State House security officers shall
provide assistance and access as necessary for this meeting in accordance with
previous procedures.

e it further resolved that no charges may be made for the use of the
House of Representatives' chamber by American Legion Auxiliary Palmetto Girls
State on this date.
