TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS
BY ADDING SECTION
50-11-1055
SO AS TO ALLOW FOR THE ISSUANCE OF DEER
DEPREDATION PERMITS FROM JANUARY SECOND THROUGH SEPTEMBER FOURTEENTH.

e it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

ECTION 1.
A
rticle 6, Chapter 11, Title
50 of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:

50-11-1055
. Upon proper
application to the department, a deer depredation permit shall be issued by the
department from January second through September fourteenth.

ECTION
2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
