RELATING TO THE STATUTE OF
LIMITATIONS FOR PROSECUTING LOBBYING VIOLATIONS.

General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

ECTION 1. Section
2-17-150
of the S.C. Code is repealed.

S
ECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval
by the Governor.
