RESOLUTION

to congratulate the Northwood academy archery team,
coaches, and school officials on an outstanding season and to honor them for
winning the 2026 south carolina independent school association (SCISA) state
championship.

W
hereas, the South
Carolina House of Representatives is proud to recognize the Northwood Academy
archery team for winning the 2026 South Carolina Independent School Association
(SCISA) State Championship title for the seventh year in a row; and

W
hereas, on February
14, 2026, the Northwood Academy Chargers secured the title as part of their
seventh consecutive win streak; and

W
hereas, the Northwood
Academy archery team has flourished under the leadership and guidance of Head
Coach Doug McLeod; and

W
hereas, the members of
the South Carolina House of Representatives appreciate the pride and
recognition that the Northwood Academy archery team has brought to its school
and community and look forward to a future filled with further accomplishments
by the team and its talented athletes. Now, therefore,

House of Representatives

hat the members of the
South Carolina
House of Representatives
,
by this resolution, congratulate the Northwood Academy archery team, coaches,
and school officials on an outstanding season and honor them for winning the
2026 South Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA) State
Championship.

that a copy of this resolution be presented to Dr. Christina Furrow, Head of
School, and Head Coach Doug McLeod.
