RESOLUTION

TO SALUTE THE PINEVIEW 6U ROOKIE BALL ALL-STAR
BASEBALL TEAM AND COACHES FOR AN OUTSTANDING SEASON AND TO CONGRATULATE THEM ON
CAPTURING THE 2025 DIAMOND YOUTH WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE.

W
hereas, baseball is a
game of speed, power, precision, and agility, but to excel in baseball, a team
must combine these talents with teamwork and good sportsmanship; and

W
hereas, uniting all
these attributes in one unstoppable team, the players of the Pineview 6U Rookie
Ball All-Star baseball team claimed the crown at the 2025 Diamond Youth World
Series Championship, held in Dunn, North Carolina, on July 28, 2025; and

W
hereas, during the season,
the All-Stars were coached to championship caliber by Brandon Waring, Brandon
Corley, David Stoquert, and David Yoder. Along the way, these dedicated coaches
saw their players win the District 4 DII and state DII tournaments in rookie
ball, after which they watched, with much satisfaction, as their players
carried that momentum into the world series and continued to play with a high
level of confidence and toughness all the way to the top of the mountain.
There, the All-Stars picked up hardware that only champions get to take home;
and

W
hereas, the Pineview
6U All-Stars went a perfect 7-0 in the world series, outscoring opponents 110-34
with wins over teams from Mississippi, Alabama, North Carolina, Georgia,
Virginia (twice), and Texas. Defined by elite defense and a relentless hitting
attack, the team posted a 17-0 record across all postseason play, scoring 303
runs while allowing just 89; and

W
hereas, every player
contributed at a high level throughout the summer. Offensively, Pineview was
led by standout hitters Sully Corley, Rylan Ailstock, Colton Owens, and Kash
Davis. The infield anchored the defense with consistent play from second baseman
Easton Stoquert, third baseman Finnley Overcash, and pitcher Brenn Waring. In
the outfield, Micah Peters, Austin Mackles, Bryson Renwrick, Hudson Yoder, and
Jackson Owens came through with big catches, heads-up plays, and aggressive
base running; and

W
hereas, it is with
great pleasure that the House pauses to recognize the accomplishments and
commitment of these fine athletes and their coaches and to congratulate them on
their success. Now, therefore,

B
e it resolved by the
House of Representatives
:

T
hat the members of the
South Carolina
House of Representatives
,
by this resolution, salute the Pineview 6U Rookie Ball All-Star baseball team
and coaches for an outstanding season and congratulate them on capturing the
2025 Diamond Youth World Series Championship title.

B
e it further resolved
that a copy of this resolution be presented to Coaches Brandon Waring, Brandon
Corley, David Stoquert, and David Yoder for the Pineview 6U Rookie Ball
All-Star baseball team.
