FOLLOWING THE STATE OF THE JUDICIARY ADDRESS TO BE DELIVERED BY THE CHIEF
JUSTICE IN JOINT ASSEMBLY IN THE HALL OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, AS THE
TIME FOR THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO MEET IN JOINT ASSEMBLY FOR

of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

House of Representatives shall meet in joint assembly in the Hall of the House

State of the Judiciary address to be delivered by the Chief Justice, for the purpose

that all nominations must be made by the Chairman of the Joint Legislative
Committee to Screen Candidates for College and University Boards of Trustees
and that no further nominating or seconding speeches may be made by members of
the General Assembly.
