RESOLUTION

to recognize and honor Pastor Allen Dawkins of
Spartanburg County for over thirty-five years of faithful Ministry and service
to Believers' Fellowship Assemblies of God.

W
hereas, it is
altogether fitting and proper that the members of the South Carolina House of
Representatives should pause in their deliberations to express their gratitude
to Pastor Allen Dawkins for his significant contributions to Believers'
Fellowship Assemblies of God and the Spartanburg community; and

W
hereas, Pastor Allen
Dawkins is the co-founder and senior pastor of Believers' Fellowship Assemblies
of God located in Spartanburg. God called Allen Dawkins into pastoral ministry
in 1985, and in September of 1990, the Lord spoke to the hearts of Allen Dawkins
and his beloved wife Karen Dawkins to step into the senior pastor position of a
church that was on the verge of seeing a great move of God; and

hereas, Pastor Dawkins
is a graduate of the Christian Life School of Theology, where he earned a Bachelor
of Theology degree, and he recently received the South Carolina Assemblies of
God District Council Ordination Certificate; and

W
hereas, Pastor Allen
Dawkins is the father of three wonderful sons, Tharius, Terence, and Kendal,
and the proud grandfather to two sweet grandchildren; and

W
hereas, Pastor Dawkins
has been in full-time ministry at Believers' Fellowship Assemblies of God for
more than thirty-one years. Under his great leadership, the membership of
Believers' Fellowship has grown substantially. Believers' Fellowship serves as
an outstanding model and leading example for all ministries that have a deep
compassion and concern for the lost. They are committed to graciously investing
their time and effort into the lives of others; and

hereas, Pastor Dawkins
has a unique teaching ability and a heartfelt preaching style that continuously
inspires his congregation to reach for higher heights in the Lord. Now, therefore,

House of Representatives

hat the members of the
South Carolina
House of Representatives
,
by this resolution, recognize and honor Pastor Allen Dawkins of Spartanburg
County for over thirty-five years of faithful ministry and service to
Believers' Fellowship Assemblies of God.

e it further resolved
that a copy of this resolution be presented to Pastor Allen Dawkins.
