TO CONGRATULATE James Denny UPON THE OCCASION OF HIS
RETIREMENT, TO COMMEND HIM FOR HIS forty YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE, AND TO
WISH HIM MUCH HAPPINESS AND FULFILLMENT IN THE YEARS AHEAD.

W
hereas, the members of
the South Carolina Senate are pleased to recognize James Denny upon the
occasion of his retirement from the city of Cayce's Parks Department; and

W
hereas, Mr. Denny has
served as the Parks Director for the city of Cayce for forty years. He has
served the Cayce community with distinction, playing a pivotal role in
enhancing the city's parks system, expanding recreational opportunities, and
creating welcoming spaces for residents of all ages. Under his leadership,
Cayce has seen continued investment in its parks and facilities, strengthening
quality of life and community pride; and

W
hereas, during his
tenure, Mr. Denny championed events that brought families together and
highlighted the natural beauty of Cayce, such as Cayce Beautification
Foundation projects, Christmas in Cayce, the Soiree on State, the Cayce
Riverwalk, and numerous park enhancements. His commitment to maintaining
high-quality recreational spaces has left a lasting impact on the community;
and

hereas, the members of
the South Carolina Senate appreciate the passion and dedication that James
Denny has shown in serving the people and the State of South Carolina. Now,
therefore,

congratulate James Denny upon the occasion of his retirement, commend him for
his forty years of dedicated service, and wish him much happiness and
fulfillment in the years ahead.
