TO CONGRATULATE Gail Gingrey FOR HER fifty years OF
DEDICATED SERVICE As a Realtor in south carolina AND TO WISH HER MUCH HAPPINESS
AND FULFILLMENT IN THE YEARS AHEAD.

W
hereas, the members of
the South Carolina General Assembly are pleased to recognize longtime Aiken
realtor and businesswoman, Gail Gingrey, upon the occasion of her completion of
fifty years as a realtor in 2026; and

W
hereas, a native of Johnston
in Edgefield County, Mrs. Gingrey moved to Aiken in 1972, where she began her
career in real estate in 1976; and

W
hereas, a true
industry trailblazer, Mrs. Gingrey made history in 1985 by co-founding The Real
Estate Shoppe, the first all-women-run real estate business in the State of
South Carolina and the largest all-woman-owned agency in the Palmetto State;
and

W
hereas, Gail Gingrey
currently leads a premier team at Meybohm Real Estate in downtown Aiken
alongside Bethanne Farrell and her grandson, Daniel Leonardi. Renowned for her
integrity and proactive communication, she remains a dedicated advocate for her
clients and extended network of family and friends; and

W
hereas, a devout
Christian, she is a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church; and

W
hereas, Gail Gingrey
is married to her husband, Bill, and together, they have two children, five
grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren; and

W
hereas, in her free
time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering for the Clemson Tigers,
and advocating for the growth of her community; and

W
hereas, the members of
the South Carolina General Assembly appreciate the passion and dedication that Gail
Gingrey has shown in serving the people and the State of South Carolina. Now,
therefore,

e it resolved by the
Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

T
hat the members of the
South Carolina General Assembly, by this resolution, congratulate Gail Gingrey for
her fifty years of service as a realtor in South Carolina and wish her much
happiness and fulfillment in the years ahead.

that a copy of this resolution be presented to Gail Gingrey.
